KOOZZOO is ready to release a Smart TV App that will make KOOZZOO.com video Ads available on Samsung Smart TVs.The application is to be released in December 2011 gives Samsung the first global real estate cable like channel in the world.
Users of Samsung Smart TVs worldwide will be able to download and install the App software on their television sets and search real estate locally or globally.
The Koozzoo Smart TV real estate App behaves just like a cable channel fed by streaming video over the net. The App is free to viewers and real estate agents whose properties appear on the channel.
Viewers find a real estate listing in their current location or location of choice via a user-friendly interface offering search tools they’ve come to love on real estate portals. After a GPS self-locate or a manual selection of a city/suburb, real estate properties within the vicinity of the chosen location will be listed (in order according to relevance). Each entry shows a detailed description of the property and its specifications, an interactive map, contact numbers, a web URL, share buttons and most importantly a high quality Koozzoo HD video of the property.
