With the growing popularity of facebook, it is undeniable that it has become one of the most powerful free internet marketing tools. Through the use of creative designing and interaction, you can get an enormous amount of prospect clients; thus increasing your chances of making sales.
If you are aware of facebook pages, some of them are usually spammy in nature, and virtually useless, but they gain fans no matter what. And how do they do this? Through creative promotion and facebook search results.
I do believe the fact that facebook searches can be optimized just like normal search engines. “Links” come from the number of people that are following a specific page, therefore optimizing them for search results. Also, I think it is important to make a complete and accurate profile that has a well-written and optimized content.
Just like Google and other search engines, I bet facebook has its own search algorithms too. And it is up for us to find these out. I am researching on effective social media tactics, and Social Media SEO is one of the topics that I am greatly looking into.

California Wine TV Participates in The Cabernet Day for Social Media Sites

This coming September 2, California Wine TV’s Scott Shelden will be participating in the Cabernet Day for Social Media Sites. The said event will be broadcasted live on several social media sites.
Scott will be tasting 4 wines from different California Wineries for review as a contribution to the said event.
The Cabernet Day for Social Media sites was spearheaded by Rick Bakas, head of social media for St. Supery wineries.
This critically acclaimed event will probably be the biggest wine and social media event this year, to be attended by representatives from different wineries and wine review sites.
I personally think that this event will help promote the wine industry by promoting the enthusiasm for wine through the use of social media.
